Mission Statement
Our mission is to encourage, teach, challenge develop, and build this group of believers through the word of God. Establish healthy, Godly relationship through fellowship with one another. Pray and uplift each other to the throne of grace as we are confronted with everyday challenges. Singles on fire for Christ are commitment to living for Christ and influencing the community for the glory of God.

Romans 9: 17
"I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth"

I Corinthians 6:19
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."

Goals
1. Reach & Draw unsaved people to the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ by:

1. Join in with the evangelism team
2. Organizing outreach trips to hospitals, homeless community, & helping the elderly in our church and community.

2. Provide an avenue where singles can be taught, encouraged, and challenge we look forward to accomplishing this by holding events/activities that cover all topics concerning singles relevant to today’s culture to enable the singles live a well rounded, balanced life. This events include:

1. Regular meetings, conferences, bible studies.
2. Distribute via email a weekly word.
3. Regular prayer meetings.
4. Open forums at least twice a year.
5. Trips/ Outing
6. Singles Picnic
7. Bowling nights

3. Increase interest in the singles ministry to facilitate networking. We would like to see the singles more involved in and outside the ministry thus need to create awareness.

4. Break the stigma that comes with singles that single tend to stray in & out of church & build confident singles that are comfortable in their single hood & celibacy. Keep the singles unified in the body. Build their confidence.

5. Prepare the singles for mates for those that wish to be married that we must remain healthy- take better care of ourselves, mentally, spiritually, emotionally & physically. Proper dieting for singles, create health conscious singles.

6. Financial awareness making sure we are handling our business in the financial area. Have a financial work shop etc. & or guest speaker.

7. Network with other singles from other churches & attend different single events taking place in the Bay Area.
